7th Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2023)

Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove
  Miami  Florida

The 7th Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF) will host regional government and utility decision-makers, leading developers and financiers in Miami on September 18th & 19th.

Investment in state of the art, sustainable infrastructure has a critical role to play in stimulating economic growth, accelerating decarbonization, and building resilience across the Caribbean.

At CARIF 2023, we will present and explore a multi-sectoral view of the opportunities to invest in and develop resilient and sustainable infrastructure. What are the infrastructure priorities of island governments and are they being effectively implemented? Is there sufficient incentive and access for private sector sponsors and financiers to support the project pipeline?

We’ll address the tough questions about regulation, financing and collaboration. Are governments and regulators creating an enabling environment for sustainable growth? Are multilateral organizations and development banks doing enough to support the market? And who is tendering, bidding, investing, financing and building the next generation of infrastructure across the Caribbean?

More than ever, the region’s infrastructure market needs a meeting place, a venue to pollinate ideas, originate projects, and source financing. Now, in its 7th year, and firmly established as the go-to regional infrastructure event, the market needs CARIF.
