Luc Allary

Director, International Business Development
Luc Allary joined Aecon Group Inc. in March 2020 as Director International Business Development of Aecon Concessions. He is responsible for the development of Aecon’s International infrastructure and concession activities.
Prior to joining Aecon, Luc Allary enjoyed a successful and broad-based career in government, finance, and international business. Luc previously worked, for the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) in many roles including, during 10 years, as the Regional Director of Business Development for the Caribbean & Central America where he worked closely with Aecon to develop and structure the redevelopment of Bermuda’s L.F. Wade International Airport.
Luc also worked for National Bank of Canada (NBC) as Manager of International Business Services and beforehand, in several roles with Export Development Canada (EDC).
Luc graduated from the University of Ottawa with and MBA in 1990 after completing a BA in Political Science at “Université de Laval” in Quebec City.
Luc is married to Vivianne Bouchard and has 4 children.
