Dennis Deveaux is the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Doctors Hospital Health System Limited (“Doctors Hospital”) – a $100m organization, with its operations based in The Bahamas. In his role as CFO, Dennis oversees all of the financial affairs of the Hospital System. As a business partner to the President & CEO, Dennis supports the hospital’s executive leadership team in the development and execution of business strategies that present as financially viable and accretive to its profit structure. He has overall executive leadership responsibility for finance, outpatient operations and business development, the Northern Bahamas and management information systems (“MIS”). Dennis joined Doctors in 2019 after leading KPMG’s Management Consulting and Data & Analytics team (also based in The Bahamas), where he directed a variety of large scale and strategically impactful engagements, including work in the healthcare and tourism sectors. Prior to joining KPMG, Dennis worked at a Director level for TOYOTA Industries’ market leading material handling business “TOYOTA Material Handling North America (“TOYOTA”). At TOYOTA, Dennis lead the operational finance and accounting function for TOYOTA in North America, which included direct responsibility for financial consolidation of +30 legal entities tied to over $3 billion in revenue annually and +$300 million in earnings. In addition to responsibility for operational finance and accounting, Dennis had direct oversight for TOYOTA’s North American strategy development, with significant inorganic and M&A work, including the planning and execution for acquisitions up to $250 million. When he was promoted to Director, Dennis was the youngest such person in TOYOTA’s history to achieve similar responsibility at the regional level. Dennis also lived in Japan for four (4) years, where he led various planning activities on a global level, coordinating fiscal planning and procurement initiatives for business units with consolidated revenues in excess of $8 billion. He is married to Dr. Teykia Deveaux, a board-certified pediatrician from Grand Bahama. Together, they have one daughter, Meredith Joy and one son, Dennis Dillion Jr.
