Hon. Otis Chuck Morris is the Minister of Home Affairs, Transportation, Broadcasting, Energy and Utilities and Telecommunication Commission and a Member of Parliament in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI).

After thirty plus years in the Construction and Shipping Industry, Hon. Morris joined parliament on the 24th February, 2021. In his capacity as Minister, Hon. Morris is working to advance renewable and clean energy initiatives so that it aligns with the UN sustainable development goals, achieve the country’s sustainable energy targets and transform the energy sector in the TCI to ensure a sustainable energy future.

Hon. Morris is family oriented and a philanthropist within his community with a strong Christian faith. He is a lover of sports and a strong youth supporter. Hon. Morris believes in working hard and giving back to the community.
