Benjamin is the origination and consulting lead at Blue Power Partners, a renewable energy project development company. Based in Mexico City, he screens for and structures greenfield renewable -wind, solar, and hydrogen- infrastructure opportunities in the Americas, as well as advises clients during transactions and their own project development. He was previously Unit Head for New Energy Carriers at the Ministry of Energy of Chile, where he led the definition and implementation of a National Green Hydrogen Strategy. During the past 8 years, Benjamin has formed and lead teams, developed modeling and analytics tools, and advised on regulation and policy in the renewable energy sector. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University, and a Master of Science in Engineering and a Mechanical Engineer Title from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
