Alfonso Rodriguez holds the position of CEO and founding partner at Soventix Caribbean and serves as a Board Member at Soventix Guyana. With over two decades of experience, he is recognized as a business leader and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing sustainable development and the circular economy in the Caribbean region. Mr. Rodriguez oversees the operations of Soventix Caribbean.

His expertise lies in spearheading sustainable projects within the energy sector, collaborating with various public and private organizations public in mining and energy across Europe, Asia, the United States, and Latin America. He has shared his insights as a keynote speaker at national and international conferences on Energy and Environment, as well as contributing to forums, lectures, and academic courses at universities.

Mr. Rodriguez holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and an MSc in Energy Technologies from Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain). He has also pursued postgraduate studies in Corporate Social Responsibility (UNED, Spain) and Energy and Environment (INSA Rouen, France).

Fluent in English, French, and his native Spanish, Mr. Rodriguez currently resides in the Dominican Republic where he finds joy in exploring nature and engaging in outdoor sports. He is married with two children whom he takes great pride in.
