Included in that number is an extraordinary turnout of regional governments comprising attendance from Bolivia, Costa Rica, Dominica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nevis, Nicaragua, Peru, St. Lucia and St. Vincent & Grenadines.
