The CARIF Dealmaker Program is a premium, fully managed business development service for organizations that want to arrive at CARIF with relevant, high-value meetings already in place.
The New Energy Events team will work closely with you to understand your objectives, identify priority counterparties across the CARIF network, make introductions on your behalf, and build a personalized company meeting schedule for the event.
Only three Dealmaker Program places are available for CARIF 2026. Each place includes management of one company meeting schedule and one primary company contact. Other representatives of the same company may participate in the onboarding call and attend individual meetings where relevant, but the Program does not include multiple or simultaneous meeting schedules.
What Is Included
1. Onboarding and Strategy Call
The process begins with a 45-minute onboarding and strategy call with the New Energy Events team.
During the call, we will discuss:
- Your company’s priorities and objectives for CARIF
- Current projects, mandates, transactions, or market opportunities
- Priority countries and sectors
- The types of organizations and decision-makers you would like to meet
- What your company can offer potential counterparties
- Any specific organizations you would like us to prioritize or exclude
This conversation will serve as the foundation for your matchmaking strategy.
2. Curated Target List
Following the onboarding call, we will prepare a handpicked shortlist of approximately 8 to 10 priority counterparties from across the CARIF participant, speaker, sponsor, and wider New Energy Events network.
Each recommendation will be selected based on commercial relevance, strategic fit, timing, and the potential value of the conversation.
3. Personalized Outreach and Warm Introductions
The New Energy Events team will approach priority counterparties on your behalf, explain why the introduction may be valuable, manage responses, and coordinate availability.
This is not a self-service meeting request platform. The research, outreach, introductions, response management, and scheduling are managed by us, for you.
4. Confirmed Meeting Schedule
New Energy Events will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure up to seven 20-minute meetings during CARIF, subject to mutual interest and counterparty availability. Any additional meetings secured beyond seven are at the sole discretion of New Energy Events and will be provided at no additional charge.
The Program is a facilitation and matchmaking service and does not guarantee any specific counterparty, number of confirmed meetings, meeting outcome, transaction, partnership, or commercial result. The final number, identity, or subject matter of confirmed meetings may vary.
Before CARIF, you will receive a personalized schedule identifying each confirmed counterparty, meeting time, and location.
5. Individual Pre-Event Schedule Review
Before CARIF, the New Energy Events team will conduct an individual schedule review with you to discuss confirmed meetings and relevant context.
6. Onsite Meeting Coordination and Support
New Energy Events will coordinate the location of scheduled meetings at CARIF and provide onsite support for delays, cancellations, and substitutions. Any dedicated or reserved meeting space is subject to final venue availability and event logistics.
