Connect with the Eastern Caribbean’s New Infrastructure Acceleration Mechanism

Be among the first to discover the Caribbean Resilient Infrastructure Implementation and Skills Exchange (RIISE) Facility at this high-level roundtable, taking place from 3:00–5:00 PM on Monday, September 14, the day before CARIF begins.

Meet the team behind the initiative, explore the practical support available to Caribbean partners, and connect with leaders advancing resilient infrastructure across the region.

What is RIISE?

Funded by the Government of Canada and hosted by UNOPS, RIISE is a demand-driven regional technical assistance facility designed to close project implementation gaps and help Caribbean governments deliver climate-resilient, sustainable and inclusive infrastructure.

What Participants Can Expect

Join us to launch the RIISE Facility and connect early with the leaders shaping the Caribbean’s infrastructure future. This practical session offers a direct look at how this new mechanism operates, giving you the opportunity to discover exactly how to access RIISE’s technical expertise.
