  • Report: Brazil has 700 GW in offshore wind potential

    Brazil has 700 GW in offshore wind potential, a new study shows. The report, Roadmap Eolica Offshore Brasil, indicates that the country would need to adjust for offshore energy projects, including appropriate environmental licensing and vessels. Currently, Brazil has six offshore wind farms in the licensing phase with a combined capacity of 9,715 MW. Source
