Vestas signed an agreement with Renova Energia for the maintenance of the 430MW Alto Sertao 3 wind complex in the Bahia region of Brazil with 24 wind farms. The agreement hands Vestas the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of 155 Alstom ECO 100, 110 and 122 turbines. They also signed an agreement in Argentina with Pampa Energia to supply turbines to the 81MW De la Bahia 2 wind farm. Vestas views the agreements as an opportunity to strengthen energy production and provide long-term maintenance, and peace of mind to companies like Renova Energia.
