    The Fernheim Cooperative in Filadefia, Paraguay has inaugurated a photovoltaic solar power plant with an installed capacity of 1 MW.   • Acciona Energy to acquire and develop a 162 MW solar power complex in the Dominican Republic

    Acciona Energy will acquire and develop a 162 MW solar power complex in the Dominican Republic after coming to an agreement with JMMB Sustainable Energy Fund FES and Dominican diversified holding, Grupo Pais. Acciona Energy will own a 51% stake in the project. Source: Renewables Now

  • Chile’s Colbun commences operation at its 230 MW solar plant in Atacama
