  • AES Gener plans large green hydrogen-based ammonia plant in Chile

    Latin American electricity producer AES Gener, a majority-owned unit of The AES Corporation will be studying the feasibility of building the first large green hydrogen-based ammonia plant in Chile. The US parent company announced this last week, saying that the project could require over 800 MW of new renewable energy supply. Source
