  • Mexico ranked sixth in the world for geothermal capacity

    Mexico made the list of the top ten geothermal countries based on installed capacity. Coming in at 6th (just behind New Zealand), Mexico has 962.7 MW installed capacity.  Countries in the top ten include (in order): U.S., Indonesia, Phillippines, Turkey, New Zealand, Mexico, Italy, Kenya, Iceland, and Japan.
