    A delegation from Caricom will travel to Cuba to assess renewable energy opportunities. Devon Gardner said that the plan is to discuss initiatives such as producing biogas.   • Mexico and Cuba considering joint natural gas project -minister

    Reuters reported that Mexican and Cuban energy officials are looking into sending natural gas from Mexico’s state-run oil company to Cuba.
