A delegation from Caricom will travel to Cuba to assess renewable energy opportunities. Devon Gardner said that the plan is to discuss initiatives such as producing biogas.
Dr. Gardner said that the delegation will be led by Assistant Secretary General for Trade and Economic Integration, Joseph Cox.
