Naweed is an Associate Director at KPMG Caricom’s Deal Advisory practice with over 15 years of experience across the Caribbean, South Asia, and the Middle East. He has advised governments, financial institutions, and corporates on complex and high-value transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

He specializes in valuations, financial modelling, feasibility studies, M&A, and transaction services, and has led projects across a wide range of industries, including banking & finance, power & energy, manufacturing, consumer & retail, and infrastructure.

Naweed is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (ACMA), and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He integrates strong technical expertise and sector knowledge to support clients in strategic decision-making and achieving sustainable growth.
