Dr. R. Kenneth Romer has held key private and public sector executive roles throughout The Bahamas, United Kingdom, Europe, USA and The Caribbean. He is widely respected in the fields of Academia, Leadership development, Airlines, Luxury Hotels and Hospitality Management, Human Resources Leadership, Tourism, Investments and Aviation.

He holds two Doctorate Degree with specializations in Leadership and Organizational Management and Apologetics, as well as academic and professional credentials from Harvard University, University of The Bahamas, University of The West Indies, Cornell University, James Madison University, The University of Maryland, University of Queensland Australia and New Covenant University, among others. He holds certifications in both Contract and Aviation Laws , FAA Private Pilot certifications and creating innovative business models.

A Certified Behavioral Analyst and John C. Maxwell Global Coach, Trainer and Speaker, he is a member of The International Institute of Certified Professional Managers, Society of Human Resource Managers, Joint Board of Teacher Education-UWI, Global United Fellowship, Global Sustainable Tourism Council, The American Association of Airport Executives and the first person from The Caribbean to be appointed as a Board Member on The International Association of Airport Executives.

He currently serves as The Director of Aviation and Deputy Director General of Tourism in The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, with strategic oversight of eight national aviation agencies, airlift development initiatives and leading the largest airports developments project in the nation’s history.

He is married to Crystal, with two children Kenedee and Harper.
