The Most Honourable Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica, has confirmed his participation at the 10th Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2026), taking place September 15-16 in Miami.
Prime Minister Holness will deliver a keynote interview on Jamaica’s national response to Hurricane Melissa and how the country is turning devastation into an opportunity to build more resilient, future-focused infrastructure across energy, transport, connectivity, and public services.
His participation underscores the growing engagement of Caribbean governments with the infrastructure investment community at a moment when the region’s reconstruction and resilience agenda demands coordinated action between the public and private sectors.
CARIF 2026 marks the 10th edition of the region’s premier infrastructure forum, convening developers, financiers, utilities, policymakers, and multilaterals in one room focused on delivery.
