His Excellency Dr. Gregory Rusland, Vice President of the Republic of Suriname, has confirmed his participation at the 10th Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2026), taking place September 15–16 in Miami.
Vice President Rusland will join CARIF for a keynote interview focused on Suriname’s next investment cycle, and how the country can translate growing offshore energy activity, infrastructure investment and new fiscal capacity into broader economic growth, competitiveness and investable opportunities.
The conversation will explore where Suriname sees the strongest opportunities for private capital, the infrastructure and energy priorities shaping the next five years, and where international investors and development partners can play a greater role.
His participation brings another senior government voice to CARIF as the region looks to mobilize capital and turn major economic shifts into projects, infrastructure and long-term growth.
