The prestigious awards were presented during a ceremony at the 8th Annual CARIF, held in Miami, Florida.

Award recipients were selected by a distinguished Advisory Committee composed of leaders from across the regional infrastructure and finance landscape. The Committee comprised the following:

- Giuseppe Mancinelli, United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)
- Michelle Ottey, International Finance Corporation (IFC)
