    The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has finalized an US$861 million loan guarantee for Puerto Rico’s largest solar and battery storage project, Project Marahu.     IPP Grenergy has acquired a 1 GW solar PV portfolio, massively expanding the Oasis de Atacama solar-plus-storage project, the world’s largest battery energy storage system.
