  • Bermuda introduces 30 electric buses to the island

    Bermuda received 30 new electric buses along with the installation of an Electric Bus Charging Facility at the Department of Public Transportation’s Fort Langton, Devonshire Facility.   • Seabased signs site deal for 40-MW wave energy project in Bermuda

    Wave energy company Seabased announced that it has signed an agreement with the Bermuda government to advance on the development of a 40-MW commercial ocean wave power park. Once completed, the project would feed into the island’s grid and meet about 10% of Bermuda’s energy demand. Source

  • Bermuda Government leads from front on electric vehicles

    Contractors have been asked to respond to a request for proposal on the supply of electric vehicles for the government fleet.
