Dr. Victor C. Urrutia, Secretary of State of Panama’s National Energy Secretariat, has confirmed he will keynote CAMRIS 2015. Later in the day Fernando Díaz, Panama’s Director of Electricity, will lead an Investment Roadshow designed to roadmap opportunities for regional and international engagement in Panama’s energy sector. Joining him on stage will be Iván Barría Mock, General Manager of Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica, S.A.
