The Canada-funded, UNOPS-hosted RIISE facility has begun operations, providing Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with on-demand technical advisory services and specialist deployments to help accelerate implementation of climate-resilient public infrastructure projects.
