A nationally recognized environmental leader, Minister Navarro founded Panama’s National Association for the Conservation of Nature, served as the country’s first Environmental Ambassador, and has held senior roles in Panama’s solar energy sector. His participation underscores the significance of bringing CREF to Panama and the event’s role as a platform for advancing regional collaboration, clean energy investment, resilience and sustainable growth.
