The Dominican Republic’s government awarded definitive concessions for two solar projects totaling 67 MWn. Empresa Generadora de Electricidad Haina (EGE Haina) secured one concession for the 48.29 MWn Girasol II park in Yaguate, San Cristóbal province, while Jambolan Solar FV obtained the other concession for the 18.4 MWn Jambolan plant in Pedro Brand, Santo Domingo province.
