Senior Executive | Productive Sectors Coordinator for Northern LAC + Brazil at the Vice Presidency of the Private Sector
Marcelo dos Santos has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He is currently the productive sectors coordinator for Northern LAC + Brazil at the Vice Presidency of the Private Sector of CAF. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and deal execution of project and corporate finance. Before this, he was the vice president’s advisor. He was also a senior executive in the financial sector department. Finally, he was responsible for the private sector in Brazil. Marcelo dos Santos is a Ph.D. in Finance candidate at the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Brazil. He holds a master’s degree in governance and development from the National School of Public Administration of Brazil, an MBA in International Business from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, a specialization in Finance from IBMEC, and a bachelor’s degree in administration from the University of Catholic of Brasilia. Finally, he holds certificates from executive training courses in Finance from MIT-Sloan and Ohio University and a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute.
