Caribbean Director
Kneyone Murray is the Caribbean Director for the Blue Planet Alliance, leading post-fellowship support, legislative advocacy, partnership development, and capacity-building efforts to advance renewable energy transitions across the region. He collaborates with governments, businesses, and NGOs to align policies with the Paris Climate Agreement, and promote sustainability education through workshops and public awareness campaigns. Beyond this role, he is the Founder of Kneyzus Energy, an environmental consultancy in Trinidad and Tobago that hosts youth-focused workshops on ocean conservation and renewable energy. Kneyone pioneers solutions like seaweed-based bioplastics while mentoring young leaders through the Ocean Decade’s Our Shared Ocean Program. He also plays a key role in the Blue Planet Alliance Fellowship, supporting participants from Small Island Developing States (SIDS) in developing roadmaps to achieve 100% renewable energy. A passionate advocate for clean energy and ocean conservation, he integrates artivism into his outreach, inspiring the next generation of climate leaders through STEM and sustainability initiatives.
