FutureBARBADOS
Executive Director, Possibilities Agency, and Director
Tamaisha Eytle is the Executive Director of the Possibilities Agency, an innovation design non-profit that works at the intersection of the public sector, private enterprise, and philanthropic and development finance to design and implement initiatives with deep social impact.
Rooted in her lifelong mission to advance Caribbean development, Tamaisha has spent over a decade working across the region to build partnerships, mobilize resources, and co-create the kinds of ecosystems needed for sustainable transformation. With a Master’s in Regional Integration from UWI and degrees from York University and the Mahindra United World College of India, she brings a rare blend of systems thinking, design strategy, and policy insight to her work.
As one of the visionaries behind FutureBARBADOS—the region’s first social innovation engine housed in the Prime Minister’s Office—Tamaisha played a key role in building a national platform for experimentation, public engagement, and impact at scale. Her career includes managing programmes and donor relationships with institutions such as UNDP, IICA, and national governments, always serving as the connector between vision and implementation.
More than a fundraiser, Tamaisha is a resource mobilizer, storyteller, and human ethernet, weaving together people, capital, ideas, and institutions to unlock bold possibilities for the region. She’s also a passionate champion of creativity and culture, infusing her love for musical theatre, carnival, and storytelling into the way she builds and leads.
