Khishan Singh is one of Guyana’s youngest and most dynamic leaders, currently serving as Operations Director at Gaico Inc. He has successfully managed pioneering projects ranging from fertilizer production to major infrastructure works, including highways, port facilities, and the recent 26 km onshore natural gas pipeline—initiatives that are driving Guyana’s long-term growth and sustainability.

In his private sector capacity, Khishan has led and participated in multiple high-level delegation trips across the globe, forging strategic partnerships that strengthen Guyana’s international presence. As Vice President of the Dominican Republic Chamber of Commerce in Guyana, he played a pivotal role in advancing trade and cultural ties between the two nations, directly facilitating partnerships that have brought tangible investment and opportunities to Guyana.

Khishan holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of South Florida and triple Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Management from St. George’s University. Combined with the hands-on experience he gained in construction, agriculture, and marine services while growing up in a family-owned business, this background has forged his practical and results-driven leadership style.
