It honors innovation in financial engineering, risk-sharing, or blended capital — with a focus on scalable models that mobilize investment and drive long-term development.

Recognizing outstanding project execution and transformative outcomes.
This award is given to an infrastructure project that stands out for its innovation, design, and delivery. It honors excellence in project management, resilience in overcoming challenges, and a strong commitment to community impact and sustainability. Eligible sectors include energy, water, transport, housing, digital infrastructure, and more.
