Moe Kamleh is the Director of Project Development at Aecon Concessions, where he leads complex infrastructure initiatives with a focus on public-private partnerships (P3). With a strong foundation in design, project management, and development—particularly within the aviation sector—Moe brings over a decade of experience delivering impactful projects across Canada and internationally.

He played a pivotal role in the successful delivery and transition of the L.F. Wade International Airport Redevelopment in Bermuda. His strategic leadership ensured a seamless transition and operational launch of the new airport facilities.

Prior to joining Aecon, Moe served as an airport designer at MMM Group, where he contributed to the planning and design of major aviation infrastructure projects.

Moe is known for his collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering innovative solutions that meet stakeholder needs and elevate user experience.
