A strong presence of key Caribbean stakeholders at GEOLAC reflects the substantial progress made in various regional markets since GEOLAC 2014. In a delegation led by CARICOM with the support of the World Bank, confirmed participants include Hon. Vince Henderson of Dominica, Hon. Troy Liburd of Nevis, Hon. Ian “Patches” Liburd of St. Kitts, Mr. Sylvester Clauzel of St. Lucia and Mr. Ellsworth Dacon of St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
