The Honourable Zulfikar Ally, Guyana’s Minister of Public Service, Government Efficiency and Implementation, has confirmed his participation at the 10th Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2026), taking place September 15–16 in Miami.
Minister Ally will join CARIF for a keynote interview on Guyana’s infrastructure future at a pivotal point in the country’s development, as unprecedented investment across transport, energy, connectivity and public services moves increasingly from planning into delivery.
The conversation will focus on execution: how government is strengthening coordination, improving efficiency and using digitalisation and performance management to deliver major projects at the pace Guyana’s growth demands.
It will also examine where private capital and international partners can help accelerate the next phase of Guyana’s infrastructure transformation.
