The Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank and ESMAP will return as Co-Hosts of GEOLAC 2027, alongside the Government of Costa Rica as Country Co-Host.
Their participation brings public-sector leadership, development finance and regional market expertise into the same conversation as utilities, developers, investors and technical partners.
Across two days, GEOLAC will examine the projects and markets advancing now, the conditions needed to finance first drilling, and the procurement, technology and delivery challenges that determine whether geothermal capacity reaches operation.
