Responding to urgency for energy stability and resilience in Puerto Rico

We are pleased to announce that the 2^nd Puerto Rico Grid Revitalization & Investment Forum (PR-GRID II) will take place on January 28-29 in San Juan.

There is an emerging consensus that distributed energy and storage solutions have the potential to transform Puerto Rico’s grid. But how do all the players navigate the uncertain landscape? What is the new regulator’s position on DG and microgrids? How does PREPA’s fiscal plan and IRP impact the conversation? What are the implications of the new energy policy?

Co-hosted by the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA), PR-GRID II will bring clarity to the planning and funding of Puerto Rico’s grid revitalization. PR-GRID II is also conceived as a vital marketplace where commercial, industrial and municipal customers meet and transact with developers of microgrids, mini-grids, solar and storage, CHP, and mini LNG solutions.
