Zelestra has reached financial close on its Aurora hybrid solar and storage project in Chile, securing US$282 million to support construction and operation. Located in the Tarapacá region, the project will combine a 220 MWdc solar plant with a 1 GWh battery system and is expected to generate 600 GWh of clean electricity annually—enough to power 200,000 homes. Full commissioning is planned for late 2026.
