UWI, Niterra, and Kenesjay Green partner to launch pioneering green hydrogen project in Trinidad and Tobago

The University of the West Indies (UWI), Niterra Co., Ltd. of Japan, and Kenesjay Green Limited have signed an MOU to launch the H2-TTransform Project in Trinidad and Tobago — a pioneering green hydrogen initiative. The project will pilot Solid Oxide Electrolyser Cell (SOEC) technology, which can produce hydrogen up to 30% more efficiently than conventional systems.
