USD 30m for financing of solar projects in Central America

The energy developer Enertiva announced its partnership with U.S. firm Real Infrastructure Capital Partners will finance over USD 30m of solar energy projects in Central America.

The fund will be aimed at regional, medium and large companies operating in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.

Companies interested in incorporating solar energy projects to produce electricity for their businesses are encouraged to access Enertiva’s website for more information.

“Rising electricity prices are increasing the competitiveness of the market in the region, and this is an important step towards mass adoption of solar energy”, said Alejandro Brenes, CEO of Enertiva. “We believe in and want to help drive investment to the companies in the region.”
