The Ministries of Industry, Energy, and Mining (MIEM) and Transport and Public Works (MTOP) of Uruguay, along with the French consortium Setec, have signed an MoU to explore the feasibility of a hydrogen-powered passenger transport service for the Central Railway commuter train.
