Uriel Renovables is entering the Chilean energy market with a US$450 million investment to build four photovoltaic parks totaling 420 MWp, each equipped with lithium-ion battery storage. Located in the Valparaíso region, the projects will include 360 MW of energy storage to enhance grid reliability near Santiago. Construction of the first project, Ritoque Solar, is set to begin in early 2026 and expected to be operational by Q1 2027.
