U.S. Department of Energy & IDB join forces to convene a meeting of natural gas stakeholders.
In support of Vice President Biden’s Caribbean Energy Security Initiative (CESI), the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Fossil Energy and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) are convening the Caribbean Natural Gas Stakeholders Workshop on October 19, 2015, alongside the Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum in Miami, Florida.
This workshop will feature discussion of critical issues including the U.S. government’s gas export authorization process, the steps toward establishing a natural gas supply chain, and financing gas supply projects.
