    Repsol has started producing electricity at the 364 MW Antofagasta Phase 1 wind farm in northern Chile, the country’s largest wind facility.     Genneia, an Argentine power producer, announced the start of commercial operations for its 162 MW La Elbita wind farm in Buenos Aires, marking its eighth wind farm.
