    Verano Energy submitted an environmental impact assessment for the Horizonte de Verano project in Peru. This giga-scale clean energy initiative, which includes a 5,850-MWp solar generation complex, aims to develop green hydrogen and ammonia production facilities, with an eventual annual output target of 1.65 million tonnes of green ammonia.
