  • SunEdison Set To Acquire Central America’s Leading Renewable Energy Company

    SunEdison has announced plans to acquire 100% of Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy, a Central American renewable energy powerhouse. With this acquisition comes control of “243 MW of operational and 326 MW of under-development wind energy capacity across Central America” as well as 82 MW of solar power.
