  • MPC Capital sells stake in Jamaica’s largest solar plant to InterEnergy Group

    MPC Capital has completed the sale of its 34.4% stake in Paradise Park, Jamaica’s largest solar photovoltaic plant (51 MWp), to InterEnergy Group for $5.9 million.   • InterEnergy acquires BMR’s operating assets, now supplies one-third of Jamaica’s power grid

    InterEnergy Group has become Jamaica’s largest independent power supplier, now providing one-third of the national grid’s capacity following its acquisition of BMR Energy’s local wind farm operations.
