  • BMR Wind Farm to start production soon

    With nine out of eleven wind turbines installed, BMR Jamaica is nearly ready to start energy production. During the 20-year PPA, the 36.3 MW wind farm will sell electricity to JPS for 12.9 cents per kwh. During the year-long construction of the farm, 737 Jamaicans were employed in the project.
