Thirty secondary schools in Jamaica will reduce electricity costs by 40-70 percent by increasing energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources through the “Schools Energy Efficiency and Solar Pilot Project” implemented by the Ministry of Education and Youth, the National Education Trust (NET) and Canada-based renewable energy company, Roswall Development Inc.
