    The Dominican Republic currently has 15 renewable energy projects in development, 12 of which are currently in the construction phase with operations expected to begin by the end of 2023.   • Cuban state company announces a new program to power water pumping systems with PV systems

    Grupo Empresarial Agua y Saneamiento, the Cuban state company in charge of supplying drinking water and the island’s sewage network, announced they will install photovoltaic energy equipment in eight provinces to be used for water pumping.
